On the slight chance that I get lucky this shotgun season, can any of you recommend a local deer processing place? Preferably one not too far from the Chicago area. People have suggested that I should try to make a reservation with one of them early. Hopefully I'm not too late.

We were on the boat, I was up to reel in the next strike, and he told me to start thinking coho. We were thinking coho for about 2 hours then the strike came. It was the biggest coho I'd ever caught.

His fresh sausage, place in a shallow baking dish with water to cover 1/2, bake at 350deg., for 30min., flip & finish baking for another 40min., YUM.
