Hello,

On the slight chance that I get lucky this shotgun season, can any of you recommend a local deer processing place? Preferably one not too far from the Chicago area. People have suggested that I should try to make a reservation with one of them early. Hopefully I'm not too late.

thanks,
Hank

Remember the last fishing excursion we were on? I told you to ONLY think one thought "THINK COHO."
& what happened?

Well now switch to " DEER, DEER, DEER", it'll work, ya gotta believe ;)

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Hunt n Fish,

That location looks pretty good for me. I hope I get one.

I will take Nikster's advice. It's proven.
We were on the boat, I was up to reel in the next strike, and he told me to start thinking coho. We were thinking coho for about 2 hours then the strike came. It was the biggest coho I'd ever caught.

Ask for Aleks.
Have'nt been there for awhile, but try some of his sausage with EXTRA garlic in there, REAL GOOD! :)2 or
His fresh sausage, place in a shallow baking dish with water to cover 1/2, bake at 350deg., for 30min., flip & finish baking for another 40min., YUM.
