Just came back from LE 2 days ago. DO NOT GO OUT THERE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED SOURCE THAT THE FISH ARE GOING! We went out with Captain Hook (Pete Scheid) and the accomodations were great. Pete has a great deal going BUT the EYES and PERCH wre not hitting! Luckily, the ponds where we were staying had a (HUGE) school of 12-16 inch crappie spawning that gave us a TON of fillets to bring home. Do not waste your time spending your $ to go on a charter. There were only a FEW eyes caught by guys trolling (at a snail's pace) worm harnesses.
