Got this good one last week while on a fishing trip in central Florida. We caught some other good fish during the week but this was the best one. We had about a 25lb bag for the day on Toho which is damn respectable considering how hard the the bait shop owner said the fishing had been.
We had 3-4 guide boats around us fishing with shiners (cheating ) and didnt see them pull any hogs over the side of their boats. Shiner fishing is king in florida and typically slays artificial lures catch rates but today the ol' buzzfrog did me well. When I set the hook and she first rolled and made a run from the surface I knew it was a good fish. She moved a whole ton of water.
