got a paid day off, so I ambled to some old stomping grounds in Schiller Pk area and threw some lures around. I got a few early, then it stopped cold sometime after 10-10:30 am. Water is definitely colder, clarity was decent. Shore was very slippery and hazardous, I took 2 hard falls with one stopping just inches from the water. FP cops were thicker than biting fish. I used the ol' white spinnerbait and a rattling shad-body lipless which I lost to a snag-off later.
