Nikster, Try this :
Next time you see a yote in the yard, you should run up to it, give it a hug, cuddle it, tell it you love it, and ask it nicely to please leave all the cute fluffy animals in the neighborhood alone.

That should do the trick! But if for some reason that doesnt work, I guess you could always..... "Whack n Stack"!!

Nikster - you know you do/say things on this site all of the time to get a rise out of people...i.e. "this one has potential" :o

BTW - this one does have potential. Just don't get upset when others have opinions that differ from yours...

All our yards are 1 acre or more, NO-ONE is allowed to have a fence, it's against the building codes of the commuinity. How bout this, No camper trailers, No trailers, No boats, No trucks, No RV's parked in any driveway? Oh I forgot to mention No clothesline in any yard.

I love the rightousness that hide behind a keyboard. Oh shucks I blew a fartie, good thing it was'nt wet.

On page 2, River Wader said that as long as you had the needed permits, no one would give you any flak about this ( you forgot to add that part of the quote Raptor)

After reading your response above, I find it VERY unlikely that your building codes would allow hunting in their backyards. It seems kinda silly they wouldn't allow the building of fences yet would allow their residents to run around with guns? Not jumping ahead here, but assuming this is true, this means you are doing this illegally, which means that posting pictures and bragging about it on the internet might not be the best of ideas...

Speaking of hiding behind a keyboard, I live in Elk Grove Village. What about you Nikster?

localyokal wrote:Nik :)2 Your're never gonna get these moroons to understand until it impacts them negatively. They'll keep building their golf coarses, malls, ,baseball fields etc, destroying wildlife habitat and enjoying watching the animals forced to survive in suburbia and when they snatch their pets or they or their children are confronted by a starving yote with the mange, their child gets bit by a wild animal and has to undergo rabies shots, or they wreck their car swirving to avoid the beautiful wildlife and seriously injure themselves or others (or worse) we'll see if they talk the same smack. I applaud those who take the approach to go outside with there pets but there is more to it then that. You (they, us ) can whoop it up when we stick a nice bass and then can even make comercials exclaiming "whoo!!! when someone impales a nice fish with a hook and enjoys the struggle of a fish (animal) as it frantically tries to escape and then want to rag on you for saying "whack em and stack em". WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL. They would rather watch the wild animals in their back yards or zoos because most "MOST not all" are too lazy to go to the preserves, conseration areas or forests or state parks and watch them in their natural state (where it might take a little effort on their part) Ignore them, they know nothing of which they speak, they are only expressing their emotions & opinions of which educated outdoorsmen & and sportsmen know better. Not everyone agrees with them. Continue to whack em and stack em :)2 .

Hey localhillbilly if you are going to call someone a moron at least spell it right MORON LOL. You know what the funny thing about you local and nik is that you think I am some liberal. I am actually a conservative! LOL. Maybe you haven't read the thread but I did say that a lot of this is caused by urban sprawl. Is that the fault of the "yotes"? I had to laugh at your comment about being to lazy to go to the forest preserves. My god you are truely a Wilmington hillbilly. I'm glad you are a "educated & sportsman", much more then I am LOL. I am just a "moroon" lol. You guys seem very ethical. Like I said before I support hunting and fishing there is just a ethical way of doing things.

I only ask where he lives because quite frankly I am curious if what he is doing is legal. I remember reading several posts about this topic last week where it was determined to be illegal in the cities mentioned. Just wondering how it works up there in Lake County subdivisions ;)

Gee, I guess one has to start posting his license, & where they fish, hunt, etc..
Location of incident,
Posting one's address,
Date of birth,
& other vitals so that people can scrutinize the activity?
Blood type,
height & weight,
Blood pressure,
How many times you pick your nose,
Spit,

anything I miss?
Well to start the day I have pee'd 3 X & went number #2 also, dug & scratched my crotch 2X,
Ran my dog up to Paddock Lake Wisconsin for a vet visit,
Drove over to Lake Geneva, & checked on the ice,
came home took a 1.5hr. nap.
Went out to my garage & finished up a cigar from this morning, oh its heated.
answered about 8 e-mails with my Blackberry,
I'm NOW going back into the garage to start gathering fishing stuff up so I can take some pictures & post.

Boy I gotta dig up my Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan Illinois, Ohio, license, & then this Spring post my South Dakota license as well.

How bout a note from my wife, just to let ya know that she give's me permission?

I didn't call anyone out by name. If it struck a nerve maybe there is a valid reason for it. Just expressing my opinions here like everyone else. One of which is - wild animals don't belong in suburbia and encouraging them to populate such areas by allowing them live and breed in such areas always, eventualy leads to suffering of the animals and humans whom they have contact with.
ManiacRadio1 moroon - someone who isn't intelligent enough to be a called a moron, i.e. dumber than a hillbilly. I didn't say it you did
I am just a "moroon"
.
Musky, I apologize for my hallucinogenic rant. I should have just kept my mouth shut and left it to your intelligent, well thought out "opinions" I happen to think you’re confusing ethical with legal. Probably not legal to shoot them in his location. Breaking the law, to some, is unethical depending on which law you happen to break, and how it affects you as the individual. Stocking a pond that is overpopulated with gills with bass from another pond (with out permits) is against the law and could be considered unethical to some - it happens all the time, there reasons for not doing it, but I don't think it's a question of ethics. I'm not going to debate ethics on the internet with a bunch of people I don't know. There is nothing un-ethical about controlling predators that no longer have natural predators to keep them in check. Some think it is much better to let them scavenge through garbage, eat people's pets, and spread disease, like mange and rabies. I don't happen to be one of them. I'm sure it would be much more acceptable to pay to have some professional trapper or licensed shooter take care of the problem after some tragedy happens. Time to quit the drugs are wearing off.

WACKUMANSTACKUM
In light of the fact that the earth is 2/3 water and 1/3 land, it is clear that our time should be divided. 2/3 fishing and 1/3 work.
