Been pretty dead here the past week so it's 1 of 2 things.....

1. You're all killing a lot of birds and keeping it hush hush

OR

2. You're all seeing the same thing I am, not many birds.

Waiting for this cold weather to push some birds in, but with the wind constantly switching out of the south it sucks.

Starting to see some new birds, but nothing regular. You still have to be out there to get them, but been slow, no doubt.

Saw more ducks Sunday in North Lake Co. than we had been seeing, so the weather up north is starting to move them! :)2 Hope you plan to be out over the holidays, as things should wake up!

Lots of birds on the move up here this morning, and I'm on vacation as of this afternoon! :-D

Got out this afternoon in Morris and had a 100 or so ducks and 200 geese fly over from the river. They gave us a quick look but were up high and kept on going

Jim, I'm out 5-6 mornings a week and a couple afternoons, so yeah I'm out there waiting for them.

I'm homebound for the next few days.... my wife owns a pet sitting service and this is a busy week for her, someone has to stay home with the kids and her earliest clients are 6 a.m. this week. SO when you all go back to work next week I'll be out again.

Did some recon and found lots of ducks on the edge of cut corn fields with a few geese mixed in. I found the mother load of geese on the lake tring to keep out of the wind. So I put some geese decoys in the bags to mix in with the ducks
