out today from mid morning till sunset. got out from oak park and headed toward bald knob. noticed a small heave toward coon island but was able too skirt around it. when i left in the afternoon heading back to the lounge i came up to total open water where the heave was in the morning. went from island to west shore. had to walk through a couple of peoples yards on the west shore line to get back on to safe ice around the problem area. this spot will definately swallow an atv or sled no problem. easily 10 foot wide at its widest that i seen. just giving you all a heads up!
I think I saw you and your buddies fishing yesterday. I was fishing the point back in Meyers Bay. You guys really covered alot of ice, how did you do ? I caught alot of small perch and two 8 inch bluegills.
