good evening fellas
i am a snager and yes i do to burnham harbor. but there is a diffrence between snagging aqnd spoting . im from the south side *jackson park* and up there we are broken into groups eaven though we all snag. but we all form a group called the strokers club.the groups that we broken into are
strokers - the ones that just have love for it and just loike being out there no matter what.
spot team- is what i belong to and im A CEO , WHAT WE DO IS JUST STAND THERE WITH LIGHT HOOKS AND SALMON/STEALHEAD RODS and polorized glasses and AND PICK THE FISH OUT . WE LOOK AT IT AS A SPORT CAUSE EVERYONE CANT DO IT and i bet $500.00 that i will out loure fise any one of yall during the salmon run you pick the date,time,place.. . WE RESPECT EVERYONE WE LOYAL TO FISHING AND WE WILL GIVE EGGS AWAY. I ACTUALLY UN GAVE MOST OF EVERYBODY AT BURNHAM SPAWN FREE. thoes of you all that fishing for them that be by the pipe see us walk up know who we are . we speak have conversation, and cant no one say we actually stayed rite there and messed up yo all fishing..
poachers- who just dont give a fck doing things illeagaly no liences sdtamps or nothing . they the ones that will mess things up for othere
thank yo all for yall time enjoy
Are U gonna use your snagging hooks for those muskies??????????? ..
I have to respond to that by asking if you have fished other lures that musky would take....like good sized inlines? Everyone seems to catch them on jigs because everyone is fishing jigs for stripers and walleye. I think if someone really targeted them, they could be caught more regularly. Muskies are ultimate predators. I can't see them turning down an inline. My project this year is to see if I can tap into the muskies by targeting them only. Worth a try and plenty of arm exercise during the process!!! Plan on fishing it hard starting in May.......
