Please help me settle a debate regarding season regs. Example: if the season runs from Jan 1 - Jan31 that means until 11:59:59 on Jan 31 correct?
Also if a season is closed it means a particular species cannot even be targeted right?
Ex. You cannot fish large minnows on a tip up if the walleye/pike/muskie season is closed correct??
Or can you, and just release all you catch?
Any help settling this discussion would be greatly appreciated. Printed text only goes so far and leaves a bit to the imagination, any real life stories would be appreciated..
