I purchased a 9.9 years ago to fish 9.9 lakes.Now with the new reg larger motors can use the lake at a no wake,how will this be enforced due to the limited capacity of the cpos? will the public be involved in enforcment?How will someone tell if I'm at full throttle versus a20 horse at full throttle?
