is that under 10er's can run a wide open throttle and the bigger engines can only inch along with no wake. So it should be pretty obvious who is alright and who is not.
Not sure if you are asking how can they tell if you are under 10 or over? This could be tricky since you could sticker it with a 9.9. However that probably won't work on a monster engine.
I would think(hope) that these areas will get some extra attention this year. It can't hurt that if we all keep a watch out for reckless boaters no matter what size engine in pushing them.
