My question pertains to canoe registration for out of state paddlers in Illinois. One of the exceptions for canoe registration is that they are registered in another state. How does this law pertain to people who come from states that do not require registration for canoes? Most states surrounding Illinois do not require registration.
I have buddies that cross the state line to fish with me but do they need to have their canoes registered?
