Thanks for the response. I know you don't make the decisions, but let me just say that it's really a bunch of crap that I can't shock the fish on my own property. They're not like deer, which can run from property to property, they don't migrate like birds. They sit there on my land, and by taking them, I'm not hurting the fishing for anyone else. Hell, by electrofishing, it doesn't even mean that I'm killing anything. Anyway, I guess the law is the law.
