my only preference is length. longer the better. a guy let me fish his loomis once. my $50
eagle claw felt 10x better at 1/10 the cost. I have some nameless green things that battled cats
and carp and stiil work. of course there's those 2 bamboo rods that I am getting my nerve up to
try and fish. will post when that occurs. believe both are post korean war japanese made.
