alright guys,
the board's gotten a little boring again. let's spice it up a touch. I want to swap a fly or two. I need four tyers to swap with.
I'll swap a box of the following:
Bossbob's Leech (all species, mainly smallies)
Don Robb Yarn leech (panfish and steelies)
Elk Hair Caddis for Steelhead (steelies)
Barely There Minnow (smallies, whites, steelies, browns)
Young-of-the-Year Minnow (panfish)
Sparkle Stonefly (steelies)
in excahnge for six of your most productive patterns. I'll include materials list and tying instructions. Yours should too. You can e-mail me, but I'd like us to discuss this on this board. it might spark imginations, it might help newer tyers. This isn't an everyday thing, but it could be nice.
Fly fish Tom, I think you should swap three boxes of your smallmouth sculpin with the new hook. It's very nice.
Also, this guy doesn't have a computer, or at least one that he uses much, but you guys should really see the flies of Ray tolentino, (Ray T.). I've known ray for 20 years. We started tying together. I know I tie pretty flies. Ray's take my breath away. He is truly creative: a craftsman and an artist. Rare combination. He catches fish like he is casting a net.
