I noticed a sign at Rte 83/104^th Ave stating that 104^th Ave will be closed from March 3^rd until May 15^th. I assume the whole road will be closed from Rte 83 north to 107th. If you want to fish by the dam, this weekend may be your last chance for the next two months?
