: Fished west end of Saganaskee from 09:30 - 11:30 and caught one carp and lost two others. I also caught a few small gills & green sunfish on spikes. I was using a float and had the bait just off the bottom about 30 feet from shore. Carp were hitting hard as they would actually pull my pole into the water. None were big, as the one I landed was about two pounds and the two lost probably the same. I hope those three are still around for the tournament Saturday :-O
Ever fish the SW corner? I think there is a hole there, do you know? What do you think about live bait there. Have you ever seen a northern come out of there?
