had one of the best bass days around here in a long time. was out sun. on a private pond from 8:30-10:30 and then from 7:30-9:00. in the morning i landed a 10",14",15",and a 16" on a minnow immitating lure. i caught the four bass on 9 casts and two of them came on consecutive casts. at the end of the day i didn't land any but lost two really nice size ones when they jumped. one had to be almost 19-20". what a day for around cook county!!!!!
