i was just wondering if anyone has ever fished that lake on 111th st., just west of harlem?

i did a little scouting and found out that it is owned by the U.S. GOVERNMENT and says no tresspassing. there is a couple of holes in the fence so i was just wondering if any of the fisherman that use this site ever fished it. if so how did u do? and does anyone know what the U.S. GOVERNMENT is doing with this particular piece of land?

it has a 7 foot fence around it with barb wire if that should help a bit more. please reply if you know anything about this lake.
