: Word is that when you get caught and they take your name down. Get caught again and it is a $150 fine. NO fish is worth that much LOL. I've heard they want to turn that area into a nature preserve. If the government does indeed own it, any decisions will be slow and costly to us taxpayers! OZ

i've fished it.
it's pretty cool, but this is going years back.
a friend of mine took me back there, and he used
to go all the time.he never worried about getting busted.i would say it's alot like
going to the lemont quarries.they are both supposed to be deep, and be good to fish.if it's close to your house, I would go;I'm sure
getting caught fishing there is no more trouble
than a speeding ticket:and if you do,don't forget to post your experience back up here.
and if that's not enough excitement, check out
Lemont Quarries, they won't chase you if you run.See you in jail.
