I've never tried the ponds you mentioned but see a few cars parked on the grass right off Deihl. They don't look very deep but the owners of the cars seem to be fishing them. Have you noticed that pond/borrow pit? on the north
side of I88 tollway right by the winfield road exit. Looks like there draining it maybe to make room for more offices???? I always used to see anglers fishing there also.
