Bode Lake Any Good????

I have fished at Bode Lake (Bode Road Between Bartlett Road and Barrington Road) before during the spring and summer and never have caught a thing. Is this the same Bode Lake that the fishing report says has northern in it? Where and how is a good way to fish this lake, and what kind of fish does it have??
