: Which part of Mayslake do you fish. The bigger lake off of the parking lot or the smaller lake near the monestary? I have fished both lakes and seem to do better on the big lake for bass.

Dan,
I mostly fish the big lake, I've tried the other with no success.
Buzz and chug/pop-r baits have been producing me bass.
I like the northwest side, lots of overhanging bushes.
Most of my fish are caught less than 10 feet from shore.
Long casts work the best, slow and erratic.
