How did you happen to find satellite pictures of the area? Sounds interesting.

: There is a good small lake at Fermi that can not be seen from the
: Road, It is surrounded by a berm. It is east of the ring and west
: of the lakes by the road. I think at its deepest its 8 feet deep.
: It has carp and bullheads and schools of bait fish that you see
: breaking the water once in a while. I have brought my canoe to
: this pond and fished the surface and the bottom with leaches,
: minnows, and nightcrawlers but all I caught were bullheads.
: Has anyone else fished here and had better luck?
: I know it gets little fishing pressure.
: I have never seen anyone else fish this place.

: To get to it you follow Batavia road to the collection of farm houses
: on the east end of the site. There is a road (don't know the name) that
: heads south into the collect of farm houses follow that road all the way
: to the end, behind the barn, park there, get out and walk about 50 yards
: further south and you'll see the lake. I found it from a satellite picture
: of the area. If you go let us know how you made out. Good luck
