Brian,
Just fished at Cricket Creek F.P. today for just a couple hours. Pulled in a crappie and some striped bass. Cricket Creek is in Villa Park. We were using ice jigs and bare hooks dressed with spikes. Fish were about 4-5' deep, around the fish cribs. Contact the F.P. offices for a copy of Fishing in DuPage County, the book has lots of depth maps for the F.P. lakes/ponds, and shows the fish crib locations as well.
