Fished around noon with my brother and a chartruse spinnerbait. This lure really works good here. 2 nice bass landed and released, (both were his,) and one huge one hooked--for about 2 seconds. Don't underestimate these small heavily-fished lakes. The only pressure they get is from guys with surfcasting rods fishing for 3 inch sunfish with corn (and the occasional exception of Lucky Charms Marshmallows,) and the bass fisherman who do know what they're doing release they're fish.
