The lake is located on the north side of Pershing Road(39th St) between Western and Damen. Not the greatest place in the world, but I can walk there in about five minutes from work, so I try and fish it during my lunch hour.
I wouldn't recommend fishing it since you don't live too close to it. You'll have to make it to Marquette Park during on the the upcoming Monday night contests to see what that lake looks like and chat with some MP regulars. Much wider variety of fish, and more places to fish, although I would never fish their unless I saw a number of anglers in the general area.
Hope you did OK in the Plum Grove contest(how about a report?) I couldn't make it to the lake, as all the *(_((**&* ways I tried were blocked off by construction equipment.
