Worked the main dam and discharge for a couple of hours this afternoon. The water was very low and very clear. The fish by the discharge were not hitting at all. The stingiest i've seen them be the last 4 months. I somehow managed 1 small bass on a jig and minnow. Even the bluegill were not hitting, though I managed a small one on a jig and wax worm.
