The water is low and clear by the main dam. It's also empty....I didn't see another person fishing the whole afternoon. I was using 1/16 oz jigs and minnows for walleyes, but it seems the white bass were the active ones today. All action was a bit downstream from the dam, and the key yesterday was slowly dragging the jig along the bottom and pausing for a few seconds.
