A Cook County Forest Preserve Police car stops on a small hill next to Axehead Lake and over his loud speaker calls out to the 20 Anglers fishing for recently stocked Trout."O.K all you fishermen come up the hill to the car. I want to check your fishing licenses. 17 walk up to the police car and have their licenses checked. The officer then drives away.
This is just one example of how bad the Cook County Forest Preserve has become.
