I fished Tampier Almost every Sunday last Spring & Summer. I was fishing
mostly for Bass But had no luck. I mostly caught some nice size Cats that
put up on hell of a fight. I caught them all in the same general area each
and every Sunday like clockwork. The funny thing is that I caught them all
on a small bass minnow using a #6 Baithook. The are that I caught them is in
the are from were the concrete handicap dock like thing near the baitshop. I
would catch them between there and about 25 yards west of that concrete platform.
I hope I have the same luck in that same area this year. I like tampier lake but
I have yet seen anyone or myself catching any bass there.
