Was at busse lake today and spoke with 2 forest preserve police sitting in their patrol cars which were parked head to toe as usual. I question them as to why they were parked there talking to one another and not out checking the anglers who were fishing by the dam. One said that they check anglers every day here. What a joke I have fished Busse Lake for 15 years and have never had my license checked. In fact I don't know of anyone who has ever been checked there. The forest preserve police are issued glue. They glue themselves to their seats and can't get out of their patrol cars. When are we all going to wake up and do something about the way the Cook County Forest Preserves are managed? Something has to be done. Your comments ???
