NWMA had a bank angling contest there, six anglers fishing from 10:00 - 14:00. Action was excellent to good. Gills made up almost the entire catch for all, and the highest weight was 14 pounds - 7 oz, the lowest 8 pounds - 12 oz. One angler caught a carp, and another had four bass, and losing one that would have gone 3 - 4 pounds. Turned out to be a nice day, and us six were the only ones fishing. Still too nice to put that gear away!
