I fished a couple of mainlake spots around the Main Pool from 2:00 till almost 5:00 this afternoon. Water is still pretty muddy with poor visability, but has receded to near normal levels. Nice sunny day, and there was enough wind to stir up the lake and create constant current. Only caught 2 fish on a metallic silver/black baby thunderstick casted into the current and slowly retrieved along the rocky dropoff. The first fish was an aggressive 16 inch walleye that completely slammed the lure. I reeled the fish in and the fish had the entire lure in its mouth, with only the head sticking out. LOL! It took some work but I managed to unhook and release the fish ok.
The second was only a small bass of around 8 inches that also hit the lure pretty hard, caught in the same area as the walleye.

Fishing pressure was pretty mild, however there some Chinese guys fishing nearby catching nice sized crappies on float rigs. Unfortunately I see these people out there all the time, and each time out they are loading their buckets with these fish(I counted 11 today). Luckily they don't fish for other gamefish, but it's still a shame to see these nimrods cleaning out the lake. No rules on crappies means I can't report them. :-(
