Fished Silver 11/12 for only an hour before dusk but that's all the time I needed to realize the trout fishing has slowed significantly. Caught one small trout on my second cast, then nothing the remainder of my fishing excursion. I think I will give the trout a rest until the spring stocking. Also, I always fish on the south end of the lake, what if anything is caught on the deeper north end of the lake? I saw during the winter last year that a lot of fish cribs were left on the ice all over that north side of the lake, has anyone been fishing this structure?
