I went out on Sunday hoping to redeem myself from Friday afternoon. Water level and conditions are pretty much the same and the fishing pressure was pretty high this time. Lake is still iced over, so only fished two dams and another open water area. Zero fish this time using 100 different setups: minnows/jig, twistertail/jig, minnow/jig under a float, hook and minnow splitshot rig and any other combo I could think of, even hooking the minnow in several ways. Some days when they don't bite I guess there's nothing at all that will work.
