You use to be able to hunt there. I dont know about now a days. Before you had to write to the commander general of the Joliet Army Arsenal for permission to hunt. They would send a packet of info including some forms you had to fill out. One of the form was a disclaimer or "hold harmless agreement" which basically stated if you get hurt on the property, they werent responsible. You can call them and find out if they still offer that program. Good Luck
