Hey Greg, Art C said it best..... Practice. Get to know your bow. Question, Where did you purchase your bow? Did you buy each component seperatly or did it come assembled? Either way, the first thing I would do is take your new bow to a reputible bow shop, and have them give it a once over. After that you'll have plently of time to practice before bow season in October. Feel free to ask question here, there are a bunch of great people that frequent this board that can answer just about any question's you might have. Good Luck.
