I started at Bang's lake, but gave up after about an hour. It was crowded, but
nobody was catching anything, so I moved to Nielson's channel.
Tried the back channels for about 1/2 hour with no success. Moved to the front
channel and caught about 20 bluegils. Some were small, but most in the 6-7"
range. They liked waxies more than spikes. I also had a nice crappie that I
lost.
