Nice to see you Ed and Dave. While I can't say I did as well as you guys, in the 2 1/2 hours I was there,
I managed to get 10 nice slabs. Of couse it was because Ed was there!!!:-) Most were caught the same way
the previous posts mentioned. They would come off the bottom and then agressively hit about 12 feet. Near
the end though I had to just leave it there before they would touch it. Another guy near me was using a slip
bobber and having some success as well. I was using minnows and spikes, both seemed to do the trick! As for movement,
I pretty much stayed in the same spot. They were all over the flasher, but at first I think those were cats.
Later on the crappies came in. NO walleyes though :-( I can see how well the night fishing would be, had I stuck
around, I'm sure it could have easily been 5 or more per hour after dark. MAYBE Tommorrow I'll.....
