After you turn right off Route 59 onto Route 173 there is a bait shop, Sorenson's on the left side about a half mile down. You have to watch for the sign. He is on route 73, but his parking lot is a couple of feet lower than the road, so it is easy to miss. He has been there for years and has good bait prices and info. Good luck.
How is ole Sorenson? I haven't been in by him in years it seems. Do you remember when he used to be on the corner of Rt.173 and Rt.59 where the Jewels
food store is now? I still remember going in there as a kid with my uncle every saturday morning and being amazed looking at all the tackle for sale and seeing the different kinds of bait in the holding tanks. As a kid the excitement really started to grow seeing that bait shop because I knew we were finally only a few minutes away from fishing...that 1+ hour car ride seemed to take forever when we were kids. I wish I had a picture of that old buidling, it brings back alot of memories;-)
