O.K. so you get to your hot spot at 6:30 A.M. and the sky is barely cracking dawn. You auger a holeand, put your Vexilar in and turn on the dial. Nothing, so you start jigging your ice fishing jig and wax worm and after a few minutes your dial go balistic.
There are fish all of your jig and you get them as fast as you get your jig down to them.
Slowly the bite decreases and now at 8:30 A.m. things are slowing down. After no fish seen for 20 minutes you start digging new holes and get a fish here and there and then one every 1/2 hour or so, maybe.
What happened ? Did they move from the location or are they still in the area ?
And if they are still nearby what triggered them to stop feeding and why do they usually bite best early and late ?
Any comments ?
