It's off of Rte 45 in Mundeline north of Rte 60 and south of Rte 176.You can park at the back lot to Bill's Pizza to gain access to the N/E side. No time restrictions that I know of.The northern center is the most deep at about 20'.Look for the two feeder creeks on the east and west side for the panfish.
