Good news is that there is plenty of safe ice. At least 6" of solid ice under 2 -3" of frozen slush. Bad news is that I didn't get many fish today. Fished off of Lindy's in two spots...11 fow & 13 fow from 3 pm till around 8:30 pm. Caught 3 gills @ 7+inches and one crappie @ 9 inches. Used both waxies & minnows on glow jigs and demons. Tried every depth...marked a lot of suspended fish but couldn't get them to go.
