Save yourself the trouble and stay at Burnham. Fished on 2/17 from 630 til 930 and not a single bite. Didn't see anyone catch anything, didn't hear of anyone catching anything.
Last couple of times we were at Burnham we got shagged out by the Park Dist. people. Are there a lot of guys out on the docks? (Park District guys were looking for the individuals who kept cutting the locks off the docks...,guess they haven't found him yet..)
