There are 2 piers open at Belmont. I went last night and the action was great. A lot of weeds but the perch would usaully hit on the drop. didn't even make it to the bottom. First perch was a fat 11 inch. Several 8 and 9 inchers and all the little ones you could handle. I am in the process of fighting with the park district to get all piers open in the off season of boating and to put in one pier for for fishermen during the boating season.
