Sunday went to johnson pier and the waves were rolling over the pier so i went over to comed and caught several small browns and small bows. As for going to the base you just tell the guards you are going fishing and they send you to the office where you fill out a little info about car insurance etc and they give youa pass good for 1 day. They used to let you get a seasonal pass for 15.00 but now it is a day to day thing. Talked to one of the older guys who stated they were still hittin them good Sunday on shiners or fatties I am sure small alewives would hurt em good but they are scarce right now unless you have your own supply.
