My parents had a house on the Rock for 10 years(1987-1997) I use to go down there 6 weeks a year for last 4 years(spoiled).On a normal weather year.Mid April weather can be from windy 50's to 80's. you can catch good size fish crankin wiggle warts (its a wiggle wart lake) B.P.S. #38 my favorite by far. End of April good all round time Wiggle warts, flukes, and 4 inch zoom worms( watermellon watermelon/red and green pumpkin. About May 3-15 best time for numbers, you can catch 20-60 a day.Fish can be from 5 ft- 20 ft. Can be 5 ft. one day weather hits 40 degrees at night, next day they are at 20-22 ft. Or you can go first week of June Great topwater and you stll should catch 15-20 a day (if you fish nightcrawlers( better buy a flat).E-me for tips and locations and tell me what part of the lake your stayin.
