A friend of mine works 3-11 and fishes there quite often and is quite successful. His reports are just about like yours. Sometimes they're there, and sometimes they're not. There's no rhyme or reason to whether or not he hits them. His favorite bait is a blue husky jerk. My favorite of his many fishing stories is when he thought that he hooked a weed, only to find out that it was a condom. He burned his line with his cigarette and let his lure drop back into the water. So if one of you guys thought they lucked out by finding a fairly new husky jerk floating around....eewwwwwwwwww.
