how is the enforcement now? forest preserve areas have better enforcemnt than state parks. if they dont listen to one sign , why would they listen to a c and r sign? would the c and r be only for bass? some people say when they see a cpr sign it means there are more fish there to take. would artificial lures only be a better choice? we wanted the state park at shabbona to make the lower creek c and r only , but they said keep it closed to fishing or normal park specs. it was opened for fishing in april 2001
